Fancy Hotbar
Fancy Hotbar (fancy_hotbar, ElocinDev, v1.0.0) is a purely cosmetic HUD mod that redraws the vanilla hotbar and experience counter using a resource pack, described in its own metadata as “fancy hotbar for your hotbary needs, requires a resourcepack!” config/fancy_hotbar.json5 has both pieces enabled — custom_hotbar.enable and custom_experience_number.enable are both true, with the XP counter tinted a custom gold color (xp_color: 16099138) and no offsets applied to either element’s position.
