Villager Names

Villager Names (Rick South / Serilum, villagernames, v8.2) gives every villager and villager-like entity (wandering traders, zombie villagers, etc.) a randomly assigned personal name instead of the plain “Villager” label, using separate male and female name pools. config/villagernames.json5 has this pack running with _useCustomNames: true alongside the built-in _useMaleNames/_useFemaleNames lists, meaning names are drawn from both the mod’s defaults and a custom list editable in mods/villagernames/customnames.txt; nameModdedVillagers: true extends naming to villager-like entities added by other mods in the pack, not just vanilla ones. Shares its author, dependency stack (Serilum’s Collective library), and overall structure with Fish On The Line.
