Xaero’s World Map

Xaero’s World Map (xaeroworldmap, v1.40.11, by xaero96) is the full-screen companion to Xaero’s Minimap (default key M) — a “self-writing” map that fills in as the player explores, showing the whole known world at once rather than just the immediate surroundings. It shares waypoints, death points, and settings with the minimap and requires the same xaerolib base.

This install’s xaeroworldmap.txt has terrain rendering on with slope shading (terrainSlopes:2, terrainDepth:true), footstep and flower detail layers enabled, hovered-biome name display on, and cave map support allowed. Like the minimap, it’s called out by name in Open Parties and Claims’s own mod description as the recommended way to visualize chunk claims and party member locations on the full map rather than just the minimap circle.
