Integrated Villages
“Adds integration and drastically improves Minecraft Villages” — rather than adding new village structures like CTOV or Towns and Towers, Integrated Villages changes village mechanics, and depends on integrated_api, create, and supplementaries to do it. Two settings are server-tuned in config/integrated_villages-fabric-1_20.toml, and both are meaningful: disableVanillaVillages = true — meaning stock vanilla village generation is turned off entirely on this server, so every village players find is generated by one of the pack’s overhaul mods (CTOV / Towns and Towers) instead of vanilla’s own village pool — and activateCreateContraptions = true, which lets Create-mod kinetic contraptions (the mod’s real machinery, e.g. water wheels) function properly within generated villages.
Anticipated questions
Q: Why do all my villages look modded?
A: Because disableVanillaVillages = true on this server — stock vanilla village generation is off, so every village you find comes from an overhaul mod like ChoiceTheorem’s Overhauled Village or Towns and Towers.
Q: Do Create machines work in villages?
A: Yes — activateCreateContraptions = true lets Create kinetic contraptions (e.g. water wheels) function properly within generated villages.
