Industrial Revolution

Industrial Revolution — tagline “Every other industrial mod ever” — is a third full industrial tech tree in the pack, built around progressive machine tiers (Electric Furnace and Pulverizer each go Mk1 through Mk4, then a top-tier “Factory” variant) and dedicated Mining Rigs that automate resource gathering. The Mk-tier scaling is steep and server-verified: an Mk1 Electric Furnace costs 4 FE per operation and holds 1,000 FE, while the Factory tier costs 64 FE per operation but accepts up to 16,384 FE/t input and holds 100,000 FE — each tier roughly doubling processing speed alongside power draw. Its generator lineup (coal, two solar tiers, heat, gas, biomass, and a steam turbine) tops out at 4,096 FE/t for the Heat Generator and Steam Turbine, giving it genuine late-game power output to match its machine tiers. This server has all of Industrial Revolution’s custom ores enabled in world generation — tin, nikolite, lead, silver, tungsten, plus sulfuric acid lakes and sulfur crystal deposits.

Industrial Revolution has its own Quest Book chapter (industrial_revolution.snbt, 260 quests, icon indrev:mining_rig_mk4) at position 6 of 7, right before Modern Industrialization — placing it as a later-game tech tree alongside Create and MI rather than an early option like Tech Reborn or Powah!. Its own guidebook framing opens with “Welcome to Industrial Revolution!” and walks through Mining Rig drill heads and machine color-coded configuration modules.
